psychotherapy as a Clinical Psychologist licensed in the State of California (PSY19120). He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley in 2002.

In my therapeutic work, I use an integrative relational style that incorporates psychodynamic techniques and mindfulness-based interventions in honoring a client’s experience and in doing so, recognizes their strengths as well as their potential for growth. I see the therapy as a collaborative relationship in which I invite clients to actively engage in the process of change.

I integrate Eastern and Western psychological perspectives in formulating meaningful treatment plans that help clients remove psychological barriers and connect to all that they are. I use a holistic approach empowering clients to experience an integrated sense of wellness and equanimity to better address any challenges in their lives.

I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, LGBT issues, professional and personal identity, transition, relationship issues, and grief. I am also certified in
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) by the EMDR Institute for the treatment of trauma and for performance enhancement. I have experience working with a culturally and ethnically diverse clientele. I have extensive experience working with professionals, artists, college students, and veterans.
